How soon do you ship preorders?

Book preorders ship on the official release date. Magazine preorders ship up to a week after the official release date.

When can I expect the product to arrive?

If in the UK or EU, you can expect to receive your order within a week (except for special editions). For orders outside said territories, shipping times may vary.

When do special editions ship?

Our special editions are handmade. Please, allow between 2 and 4 weeks for the product to get to you after purchasing.
