SUBMISSIONS

Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to Aux. We publish across our six Houses: Venus (Romance), Mythos (Fantasy), Flux (Romantasy), Veil (Mystery), and Reverb (Poetry & Nonfiction). To ensure your submission receives fair consideration, please follow the instructions carefully.

Step 1: Fill out your Name and contact information

Step 2: Select the House that best fits your work:

– House of Venus – Romance (including LGBTQ+ stories, contemporary, paranormal romance)
– House of Mythos – Fantasy (YA fantasy, urban fantasy, myth-inspired worlds)
– House of Crave – Romantasy (romance + fantasy crossovers)
– House of Veil – Mystery (NA mysteries with a heavy romantic subplot)
– House of Reverb – Poetry & Nonfiction (poetry, essays, narrative nonfiction)

If your work crosses multiple Houses, select the one that represents the core of your story.

Step 3: Submission materials. We require:

· Author Bio (max 500 words): Include your background, previous publications (if any), and a short note about why this work fits Aux.
· Manuscript:
– Fiction: First 10,000 words OR 30 pages.
– Formatting: 12pt font, double-spaced, with page numbers. Label your file as: AuthorName_Title_House. We accept PDF or Word documents, shared through a link (Word, Google Drive, Dropbox…). Make sure we can access it.
· Query Letter: 250–400 words. Include comp titles, hook, main plot points, themes, and key characters.

There are many online resources on how to write a query letter. Think of it as a way to sell us your book. If unsure, please inform yourself before hitting submit!

· By submitting, you confirm:
You are the sole copyright holder of the work
Aux may request additional materials or edits if considering publication
